Lotus NVR Family Support Service is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where families, children and young people can thrive. We utilise the Non-Violent Resistance model to enhance the involvement of parents and caregivers in the lives of children and young people. Our aim is to foster positive relationships built on respect and mutual understanding.
What is NVR?
Non-Violence Resistance (NVR) is a therapiutic approach it can be used in various settings : home , school , residential establishments. NVR can help parents/primary carers and teachers building better relationships with children and partners, de escalate conflicts and support individuals developing healthier ways to manage emotions and improving communication.
Who We Are
All our practitioners are highly experienced in supporting families and individuals with complex needs or experiencing personal challenges. Our interventions are innovative in working with ADHD, ASD, addictions, domestic abuse and parental conflicts. We are passionate about supporting individuals and families to lead healthy and violence free lifestyles , living free from fear and overcoming challenges. We are a compassionate , professional, inclusive , child centred service working within a trauma informed approach.
